We have also advised real-estate investors and developers on projects involving the renovation, reconstruction and redevelopment of existing buildings.
These projects can require significantly more complex stakeholder management than greenfield developments. Our work has included property-rights analysis, due diligence, negotiations with existing residents and property owners, structuring agreements required for redevelopment, addressing title and registration matters, and developing legal frameworks that enable investors to consolidate the rights necessary to proceed with a project.
